Order Acknowledgements

Customer acknowledges and understands that the products on the Yuyo website are hemp-derived and laboratory-created products that contain cannabinoids. This includes CBD (cannabidiol) and THC (tetrahydrocannabinol), as well as myriad other minor cannabinoids, terpenes, isomers, salts, and other naturally occurring and formulaically added ingredients. 

The customer further acknowledges that the FDA has not evaluated any Yuyo products and that Yuyo makes no warranties or representations about the efficacy of these products in the treatment of any medical condition. 

It is the responsibility of the customer to discuss with their doctor or employer their individual risks of using any cannabinoids. 

It is the sole responsibility of the customer to determine whether or not it is legal in their locale and safe for them personally to consume these products. As an example, if a customer ingests a full spectrum Yuyo product containing psychoactive components and is involved in an accident of any type, or fails a drug test of any type the customer accepts full responsibility for any legal liabilities or impacts resulting from any of the above, or for any other reason. 

Customer understands that the Yuyo provided third-party potency and safety testing is offered as a courtesy to our customers. Yuyo can make no warranties or representations as to the accuracy of any Certificate of Analysis results posted on this website. The third-party labs utilized by Yuyo maintain their own certifications and registrations and are solely responsible for their testing and analysis of any Yuyo product. The customer understands that all test results posted on this website have a potential margin of error of up to 10%. 

Customer, by acknowledging this policy, fully indemnifies Yuyo, and any Yuyo associated entity, of any and all liabilities of any type. 

Order Requirements

Customer is responsible for correctly entering all personal, shipping, and payment information into the Yuyo order page(s). This includes name, billing/shipping address, email address, product selections, agreement to terms, policies, and selection of any available options. Should the customer incorrectly enter any of the above information, it will be the responsibility of the customer to notify Yuyo promptly. If additional expense is involved in correcting the information or fulfilling any associated order, that expense will be solely borne by the customer. 

No Returns

Yuyo cannot accept the return of any product that leaves the Yuyo facility as we cannot return the product to inventory or resell it. Therefore, Yuyo maintains a zero return policy. 

No Cancellations

Yuyo cannot cancel an order once it is placed and payment is confirmed/accepted. 

No Exchanges

Yuyo does not allow exchanges for products once they have left their facility. If a customer wishes to exchange a product before shipment, Yuyo may, at their discretion, offer to replace it with another product of equal value. They do not provide partial refunds for this service.

No Refunds

Once payment for an order is accepted, it cannot be refunded, in whole or in part. 

No Implied Warranty or Guarantee

Yuyo is precluded by our insurers and merchant services providers from offering any implied warranty or satisfaction guarantee on any product. See below for options for Defective or Damaged Products. 

Defective Products

Defective products are products that have manufacturing flaws and cannot be used for their intended purpose. Yuyo will replace, at Yuyo’s sole cost, any defective products once the products are determined by Yuyo to be defective. Yuyo may request a proof, including pictures, statements, or return of the product for inspection of any defective products prior to shipping replacement products. 

Damaged Products

Products that are packed and shipped by Yuyo leave our facility appropriately packaged to ensure reasonable safety, security, and product integrity. Yuyo has no control over the state of the products once they are handed off to the carrier. If the product package and/or contents arrive damaged at the customer’s receiving address, the customer should contact the carrier to discuss a resolution. Customers may contact Yuyo to discuss damaged products. Yuyo may request a proof, including pictures, statements, or return of the product for inspection of any damaged products to help determine the best path to resolution.

Discount Code

Our Yuyo “welcome code” for discounts for new customers is NEWFRIEND10. The code must be typed into the appropriate box, precisely as shown (all caps, no spaces), during the checkout process. This is a one-time use code. If the customer fails to enter the code on their first order, they will be able to use it on their second (or a subsequent) purchase. Yuyo cannot make adjustments to the dollar amount of any order after it is submitted. Customers must enter the code to receive the 10% discount. 

Shipping Costs

Yuyo offers free shipping or 'shipping included' for orders over $60 on direct-to-consumer products available on the Yuyo website. This service is provided only on the initial consumer product order and not on subsequent shipping to resolve any issues. The customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges in any dispute resolution. Wholesale orders may have additional shipping charges applied. 

Incorrect Addresses

Please make sure to carefully check the address entered before placing an order. We are not responsible for lost/stolen products if an incorrect address was entered at the time of purchase. Packages that can not be delivered due to an incorrect address will NOT be resent unless the original package is returned to us unopened and undamaged, and additional shipping (and possibly product replacement) fees are paid to Yuyo. 

Return Instructions

All return packages must be processed by contacting Yuyo via email, online chat, or phone. This will ensure proper response time. Yuyo is not responsible for items sent to us without notification. Yuyo reserves the right to refuse or deny any returned item.
