1.1 These Subscription Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) explain how you may use the Subscription option on this website (the ‘Site’).

1.2 Please read these Terms carefully before purchasing a Subscription. By purchasing a Subscription or otherwise indicating your consent, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with or accept these Terms, please do not purchase a Subscription from the Site.

2.1 You can order any individual product or combination of products to be delivered on a recurring regular basis. Simply follow the subscription prompts on each product page and add to your cart. From there, you’ll be able to choose a 3, 6, or 12 month delivery commitment.  

2.2 To start your subscription You will be asked to sign in and create an account. Please make sure all of your information is up to date and accurate. In the event of an address change, please update this information in the “My Account” on our website. Contact us by phone 615-873-1344 or email to if you have any questions.

2.3 After you’re signed up and your first payment has been completed our order will be sent out within 48 hours. All recurring packages will be sent out monthly depending on when your original order was made for the duration of your specified commitment. (i.e. every 3, 6 or 12 months).For example, if you started your subscription on May 12th, the next shipment would arrive June 12. If your next shipment falls on a weekend or holiday, your order will be processed the following business day.  

2.4 You can cancel your Subscription at any time before your next scheduled shipment by contacting us by phone 615-873-1344 or by email to . If your card has already been billed, we will issue a full refund.

2.5 In the event you need to change, pause, or cancel your Subscription after the Shipment Date please do get in touch at  and we will resolve the issue for you.

2.6 For all ongoing subscriptions your credit or debit card will be billed at checkout for your first delivery only. For ongoing deliveries, you will be billed on a recurring basis in line with your specified recurring order Date. Your card will be billed up to 24 hours before the Shipment Date of each Subscription package.
